Step 2: Enter your client’s details

On the ‘My Clients’ page, click the ‘+ Add New Client’ button in the top right.

The on-screen popup will ask for your client’s name and email address.

The name you enter here will be used across their records throughout the platform.

If need be, you can change your mind at the next confirmation screen (on the left).

Step 4: Your client will receive an invite on Bravely Home

The next time your client opens Bravely Home, they will be asked to approve the connection with you as their therapist.

We recommend talking to your client about Bravely Home, so they know to check for the invite.

Here’s a simple template you can use:

Hi {client name}, I’ve just invited you to join me on Bravely Home — a platform we’ll be using to enhance our therapy sessions.

On there, you can quickly complete forms, view your appointments, join our calls, and pay invoices.

Your link to join will be in your inbox.

From your therapist, {your name}

They will also receive an email inviting them to get started.
