When you're using Bravely Connect with your clients, there are a few emails that get sent to your clients for different reasons, and as the therapists, it's useful to know what they are. This is the place to find out.

In the screenshots below, some words are underlined, and may not make sense in the sentence. This is because these are used as variables for merging specific names or values into the email.

Invitations, appointments and assignments

Invitation to join Bravely (with +48h reminder)

The first email that can be sent from Bravely is the invitation to join Bravely, when you add a client. The email informs them of what using Bravely enables you to share with each other and invites them to download the app.

The account they use with the mobile app is the same they use with the Bravely Home web app, where they can book appts and pay invoices.

The email received is below, with a similar one going out 48h after the invitation, if your client hasn't joined yet:

The 'Invite to Bravely' toggle that triggers this email

You can also trigger this email by changing your the 'Client Status' setting in your client's 'Setup' page, to 'Connect'.

Notification of new assignments

When you assign new instructions or resources to a client after a session they will receive this email:

Invitation to book appointment from therapist

This email gets sent any time you invite a client to book a session with you. It includes a button that links to their page for booking with you:

Notification of a new appointment set by therapist (single)

Booking an appointment on Bravely Connect triggers two emails to your client. The first one is below, a direct Bravely email telling them of the session you have booked. The second one is the calendar event, which is received by both client and therapist as the attendees of the session.
