Managing both in-person and telehealth appointments is now easier with Bravely's new 'Location' functionality. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you set up your session types with the appropriate locations.


Step 1: Set Up Your Locations and Session Types

Before you can assign locations to your session types, make sure you have set up the locations you will be running your practice from.

If you haven’t set up locations yet, or you want to double check, head to this page to get started on it.

For setting up and checking on your ‘Session Types’, here’s a guide to setting them up.

Step 2: Assign Locations to Your Session Types

On the ‘Appointments’ page, and open ‘Setup’.

When you have finished with your adjustments, remember to press save at the bottom of the page.

Step 3: Set your availability for your session types and locations

While in the appointments setup, you can adjust your availability for these session types and locations.

If you’re a director or administrator for a clinic, you can adjust the availability for all your staff across all your locations. You can also adjust the locations your therapists are practicing at.

This is a good chance to set some boundaries on your time: office 3 days a week 2 days telehealth, don’t work evenings - now’s your chance to take control.
